a wrapup of noteworthy things
I had a Dr.'s appt yesterday to have a suspicious looking mole checked out. Everything was OK. No need to do anything at all with it. I picked up my contact lenses and got a haircut yesterday before dozing off watching TV and ended up in bed before 9. Last week's insomnia must have caught up with me.
I ended up getting a decent raise this year. That's always a good thing.
I start call Friday, and have it for two weeks in a row but I'll be free and clear to go to Asheville for The Christmas Jam, and some beer drinking of course.
I have lost 22 pounds since the end of July. Clothes are fitting a lot looser now, a good thing.
