captain_philIt's not officially a weekend since I'm on call, but I do get to turn my alarm clock off before bed. I had a day of uninterrupted maintenance, naturally I picked an area where everything is in backyards, and with the nice wet grass it didn't take long for my socks to get soaked. I managed to get 12 amps swept today and headed home at Quittin Time.
Sometime over the weekend I have to wash my truck and put a "How's My Driving? Call....." sticker on the back.
I caught a new story about the DJ who was arrested for burglary and stalking.. He turned out to be a pretty twisted dude! He broke in, stole all her undergarments, and left a bra hanging off of her rear view mirror along with a note describing what he did with her underwear and that he was keeping the rest as souveniers. I do believe that he is innocent until proven otherwise, but it's not looking too good, since he was seen driving down the street with his headlights off at 4 AM and caught walking towards her car. We shall see.
George W was in Huntington today, which means that in a week or so John Kerry will be making a stop. Whatever happened to the good ol days when Politicians ignored WV?
On the topic of local news, another tennant was announced for Pullman Square,the 60 million dollar retail, dining and entertainment destination in down town Huntington.
