captain_philI'm officially cleared to go back to "Sedentary Duty" at work tomorrow. The restrictions are no pushing and pulling, and no lifting anything more than 10 pounds. I'll be riding with someone for a few weeks until I go back for the next checkup on the 29th. Wheeee
