captain_philIt's back to the grind after an extended weekend in Cinci, for the Annual Buffett trip, a Red's game, and other activities. I was reminded how out of shape I am after all the walking I did when off. I've got 4 months until the Christmas Jam. Thanks to some inside information I know the day and I pricelined a room near the Biltmore a few days before the show so I can wander around, plus take part in the "Before the Jam,Lend a Hand" program. Yep folks, there are people living in houses I helped build. scary huh
I went to get my blood pressure checked out, it was 128/90, enough to have my dosage of Lopressor upped, and also my lipitor upped to 20 mg. I haven't broke it to them that I quit taking lipitor months ago.
