One Down....

One of the troubleshooters called in sick today, so I did service calls today, the first two weren't too bad, but the third one was in the Cedar Knoll area. I checked everything out and the signal was bad, so I had to chase it back. It ended up being about damaged cable, due to squirrels. By the time construction got there and we got it replaced it was past QT and I was just over the hill :)

Odds, ends, and stuff

First off, when I came home from work there was a box from Amazon at my doorstep, It was way to small for an actual amazon, but I opened it anyway, Thanks for the Tunes puck_nut, maybe listening to the Tony Rice will insprie me to practice more.


The back up concert hat has dry rot and likely wouldn't make it to NOLA, so I got a hat at J.C. Pennys today that should be the concert hat for years to come.

OK, I just read the liner notes for the Tony Rice CD, he said he plays "Jerusalem Ridge" very rarely due to the stamina it requires and him not having the left hand strength of a longshoresman. I'm scared now. Rickie Simpkins fiddle solo is amazing.
