You are great at starting new projects, PHILLIP, but not so great at completing them. All that starts to change today, as the configuration of the planets will put you in more of a long-term orientation. This influence will last for the better part of a year, giving you plenty of time to complete all your current projects. You may miss the excitement that comes with starting something new, but you will enjoy the profound satisfaction you feel upon seeing something through to the very end.

I had breakfast at Bob Evans this morning, then it was off to Walmart for some provisions.  I've got the pool being cleaned and laundry going.  woohoo!

I'm going to shoot some pool out in the garage before the race comes on.

Hope everyone is having a good weekend.

I spent the past hour or so working on my patented pool shot, I like to call it "the scratch", and enjoying a Bolivar Fuente cigar.   The cigar lasted about an hour, enough time to listen to Robert Earl Keene's  "The Party Never Ends".  The cigar pretty much kicked my ass, as Bolivar Fuertes are want to do.

Ugh!

Today is the birthday of the infamous Donna Jean Godchaux!  What you don't know who that is?  Just listen to any Early to Mid 70s Grateful Dead show, That's not a wounded animal stuck in a trap  you're hearing!  It's Donna!

With  a tad over a week until the annual Pilgrimage to see Buffett,  I thought it was a good time to remind everyone about this.

I've pretty much finished up the chores for the day, I'm halfway watching The Simpsons, and halfway planning my attack for the next week.  My concert wardrobe is already planned out for me, so I don't have to worry about that.  or maybe I should worry!

Work this week will probably be service for a couple of days, we're switching modulation schemes on modems in two areas and we're expecting some service calls due to the switchover.   I don't think it's going to be too bad,  at least they are switching over early in the week instead of on a Thursday like they did last time.  I have to mow the lawn, and get the water tested for the pool this week.

I'm about to doze off as I type, so I think it's time to call it a night.
