PHILLIP. Don't just sit inside all day. It will feel so much better to move
around. At the very least, make sure that you stretch those limbs. Or you might
enjoy doing something more strenuous. Go for a long walk or bike ride. Or work
out on an exercise machine in your home or at a nearby gym. You'll feel so
virtuous as you get that blood flowing!

Today is finally coming to a close, after going in at 5 AM, giving a node a once over to see if there were any problems, wading in a creek due to lousy design work, and was on preventive maintenance. In other words a day in the life.
I ventured out for dinner and to pick up some tools to get my mower back up and running, but that's tomorrows task. It's almost bedtime so, until tomorrow.....
