here's this little morsel I swiped from angmonster, the ol purity test. And no I won't say what I got on it.


I've got no idea why I'm awake so early this morning, but I'm making the most of it. I racked the abita amber clone into the carboy so I can use the plastic fermenter for todays project. I'm off work tomorrow so sometime between now and then I'll be scrubbing bottles and get the clone in bottles and ready to be consumed in a week or so.

The Pumpkin Ale is finished cooking, I'm just letting it cool off before I pitch the yeast. It should be between 6 and 7 % alchohol when it's finished.
