Sunday at the Ranch..

It's been a fairly quiet day here, I went on one call only to have the customer cancel just as I pulled up, so I fueled up the truck, bought a hot chocolate and headed back home. So far today I've made coffee, fired up the grill, updated my lj user info (thrilling eh?) and am waiting for the race to start. Hopefully there won't be any snow delays today, and I'll be able to gain some ground on sharkbait in the nascar pool, but it is Bristol and anything can happen!

There's a big discussion on the Flatpick Guitar list today about favorite rhythm guitar players. Robin Kessinger's name has turned up several times. I'm really glad I started taking lessons from him before I found out his full credentials, otherwise I would have been terrified!

That's about all for now, lunch is almost ready, and the pre-race festivities will start soon, followed by a "Race Nap"

Sunday Evening Wrap up

Very interesting race in Bristol today, all I can say is "Temper Temper Temper, Tsk, Tsk, Tsk". I hope I didn't lose too many points in the pool.
