Weekend Wrap-up...

sharkbait, then headed out on the the highway Eastbound and Down, I stopped off at IHOP to try the Shrimp and Crab Omlette, which is the greatest Omlette of them all! Then it was inside the mall to get some Coffee for the trip. Then I headed east, stopping off at the Travel Plaza Starbucks for some more coffee then it was to Lewisburg. It was a pretty nice, uneventful weekend, and no sharkbait, Luke and I didn't torture Mom any. I got caught up on local news,which took a couple of hours, since a company is looking to put a windmill farm in and the county is fighting it.
Mom had been digging through some old pictures and I brought a few back, including the ones from the trip to see Buffett at Buckeye Lake withsharktiger71 back in the early 90s, some 80s pics, and some pics when I was just a wee lad :). Oh and some pics from when Dr. Hook and The Medicine Show played the WV State Fair. woohoo. I'll post some of them as they are scanned. I also put $5 in the pool on when my cousin will have her baby, I've got May 28th picked. I've also got a side bet with Luke for a rack of ribs on which of us will be closer.
I left Lewisburg early today and hit a pretty wicked storm on 64 Westbound, lasting from just outside of Dawson WV, to almost Charleston. I stopped off for more coffee and made another stop at Milton (nope not at the Lion's Den), but the Go-Mart nextdoor to it for some fuel. I came home and started laundry and that should bring everyone up to now.
King of the Hill was good tonight, Luanne is pregnant and is engaged to Lucky (voiced by Tom Petty), now the Simpsons is on, but I'm looking forward to the final episode of "Malcolm in the Middle", just to make sure it's really gone :)
