"You know I got rhymes like Abe Vigoda"
Dec. 14th, 2006 06:11 amHappy Birthday goin out to
snotra,
tarpo, and also to the burgerslayer himself
drmellow.
Here's a little somethin that all the cool kids ( are doin )
I meant to mention this yesterday, but overlooked it, but I heard Mule on the radio yesterday! 92.7 played "Mr. High and Mighty". "Million Miles from Yesterday" is still my favorite on the new CD, but it's great to hear them on the radio, especially around these parts.
I found this on youtube. The late Peter Boyle in one of my favorite roles from "Young Frankenstien"
I finished reading the latest Carl Hiaasen novel "Nature Girl" last night, I liked it a lot better than "Basket Case", but my favorite is still "Stormy Weather".
I've got a bunch of stuff to take care of before I hit the road Friday, The Emulers are starting to make the migration to NC. This is probably going to border on a "WTF was I thinking" trip, but at least I won't be sleeping in any Walmart parking lots.
This is a hoot, "Time to get Ill", by the Beastie Boys came up on random play right after "Don't let us get sick", by Zevon.
Nothing much else this morning, guess I'd better drink some more coffee, eat a couple of bagels, take some vitamins, and get ready for a day of fun, adventure, spine tingling toast, thrilling headgear, and feats of derring do. And that's just on the drive to work!
