I just noticed on Jambase.com that Col. Bruce Hampton (retired), is scheduled to play the Asheville, NC Civic Center on Dec 15th. Since he's a regular at the Christmas Jam, it looks very likely that that's going to be the date.

puck_nut, Umphrey's is on a jambands cruise that weekend, along with The Disco Biscuits, The Duo, and Keller Williams.
Lots of other potentials/regulars aren't booked on that weekend, so anything can happen.
