5AM and once again WOWK has someone at the Apple Grove Market in Mason County, WV for the opening day of Gun Buck Season. He must be the guy that the news director is pissed off at. Nobody is going to be checking anything in at 5 AM, so he gets to stand around filling in time while folks in blaze orange are buying coffee and little debbie snack cakes.

I still haven't seen the Hussons commercial with the Genie again. I really hope they show it just so I can be sure I really saw it.

I start call this week, for the last time this year, but I hit the ground running with it the first week of next year.

I've finally gotten around to watching "Bluegrass Journey". It's really captured a lot of the spirit and feel of some of the bluegrass festivals I've been to, especially the rain. I don't really think it's a true bluegrass festival where it was filmed, since there was a mandolin workshop and Sam Bush wasn't there. The Del McCoury band is on it quite a bit, along with Peter Rowan, and Tony Rice though.
