It's over, it's really over..

Today wasn't bad, just one of those days that I wish I'd of just stayed home. First off, I hit a few of the hubsites to see how many spare splitters we had, I had to go to the Kenova hub, which sucks to get to, it's up a narrow winding road, then you have to go up a steep gravel driveway with ruts etc. Halfway up the driveway there's a deer carcass (people just throw the carcasses anywhere after they take all the meat off of them), so I have to get out, find my gloves and drag the remains out of the way and then go on up the hill. I get to the top of the hill, and manage to turn my truck around, only to find that I didn't need to go up there anyway because there were no spare splitters there. I didn't see any deer ticks on me,so I'll keep my fingers crossed that I won't get Lyme Disease (that would be just what I need). I check the Boyd County Hub and there's one splitter there, so I venture on to Greenup for Preventive Maintenance. I got my daily quota of active devices swept, and gave an installer a hand with a job just in case he needed a hand getting a new line across the road (sigh of relief, he didn't), spoke with

Oh and I was going to climb today, but I've been having spasms in my leg the past couple of days. I don't want to spend a weekend in a ravine off of Uhlen's Branch in Greenup.
