News Flash.....
Dec. 5th, 2004 11:36 amI actually stayed in bed until 9 this morning! Rocky about ran over me when I was getting out of bed, I let him out for a bit and got ready to venture out for food and other items.
I'll have to search for a good recipe for crow today, based on what I've been seen and been told, Pullmyfinger Square is actually pretty nice. It's actually called Pullman Square, but old habits die hard.
Here's my horriblescope for the week, but it looks like I'm a few weeks behind on themThe urge to travel and to find a sense of adventure is getting ever stronger
this week, PHILLIP. The Sun, Mercury and Pluto in Sagittarius are all
encouraging you to look to new shores and step boldly into new territory. This
is not a time to hang back or to decide that you can't be bothered. Mercury
continues to be retrograde, so if you do have any real travel plans this week,
you can expect delays, and you would do well to check out your tickets and hotel
reservations before you depart. On the other hand, the twists and turns of fate
can often turn into very creative experiences, if you are prepared to relax and
go with the flow. Mercury conjuncts Pluto on Tuesday so there could be a few
intense moments that day. Issues that come up may need sorting out immediately
so you can proceed on your way. These may be legal matters, linked with a trip
or with business affairs overseas, or perhaps even a complicated love
relationship that needs some effort to untangle Mercury then conjuncts the Sun
on Friday, bringing light to any remaining chaos and enabling you to see the way
ahead. Saturday is best for starting a new course, commencing a journey or
adopting a new belief. New beginnings - so be happy!
Last night I was watching a bluegrass show on PBS (fund raising week), and saw the band Mountain Heart , perform. I was amazed with the banjo even before they did a close up of the banjo player, then I was floored. Barry Abernathy, only has a slight stub of a thumb on his left hand.
I just finished off my second breakfast, I made some oatmeal for Rocky and split it with him. It's going to be rough keeping him settled down while his leg heals up.
hope everyone has a good Sunday
and Go Steelers!!
