Try to stay grounded today, and take frequent breaks if you can. You could be interacting with dozens of people, from colleagues, to clients, to friends. It could be a busy day for phone calls, meetings, and e-mails.
  There are times in my line of work when ya don't want to be grounded, but that's in an electrical sense.  I'm all for taking frequent breaks though.
