You could find it challenging to work within a schedule, PHILLIP. You might have numerous tasks to complete, and coworkers could be competing for your attention. There could be a lot of distractions that come your way. Try to be firm with people and set some boundaries. Make it clear that they can't impose on your time unless they arrange an appointment first! That way, you can stay focused on one thing at a time
I filled out the wellness questionaire for work last night, it calculated my "health age" as 34. Next Friday is the blood screening for the program. Since I can't have breakfast or even coffee that day, I might as well sleep in a bit.
Yesterday at work was an uneventful day of sweep. I managed to get about 12 done in despite the rain, and even fixed a couple of problems
