no mas, no mas...
Aug. 15th, 2005 06:23 pmIt was pretty much a quarter below past hell day today. My truck is in the shop for a BJ (Brake Job), so I had to move all my stuff over to the spare truck. The original plan was to change out the AC unit in South Point, but there was an outage so I was trying to get the spare truck started while the other guy was working on the AC in one of the other hubs. In the meantime the outage cleared up and still no truck starting. Then I had to go to Greenup to check on an amp module, which I changed out, after taking a tumble when the step on the truck broke. I've got minor scrapes, nothing a Nearly Award Winning Phil's Noir Part Deux can't fix.
After getting that fixed, it was back to SP to change the AC unit. The only unit of the size needed for the hub that we could find didn't fit, so we put the spare back in. When the other guy was drilling to let water out of the bottom, he hit some of the pipes on the inside, letting the coolent fly out. So it was off to Walmart to get a small AC and put it in until we can get the one that fits ordered from Lowes.
I'm still in the spare truck for this evening, but not now! I'm having the previously mentioned Nearly Award Winning Phil's Noir Part Deux Robust Porter, and contemplating firing up the Bolivar Fuerte that I've had on hold all weekend.
Before I fire one up, I'd like to extend a laurel and hearty handshake, along with a warm welcome to
