Work today was Friday part Deux, including the continuation of the ass chewing, then it was out to Boyd County to find the damaged fiber optic cable, lo and behold, it was squirrels! Otherwise it was a typical day, I stored some traces on the OTDR since I've been given the task of showing the troubleshooters how to use it. I also have to come up with some kind of training for the TDR by Wednsday, along with the daily modem monitor call and maintenance. At least I'll be back in my truck tomorrow, it had three damaged hoses which have been replaced. now I get to clean all the fluid out of the bed, fun fun fun.

It could be worse, I could always be living in a van down by the river.....
