PHILLIP, today you might need to balance your need for recognition with your need for cooperation. Sometimes you like to steal center stage, and you can be quite the ham! You love to express your ideas in a dynamic way. Just don't step on anybody else! You might have a shy colleague who also deserves some credit and appreciation. Work with them instead of working against them.
