What do you think of classical music? I like a lot of it.

What do you think of country music? There are some good country songs out there, but they are covered up by a lot of the crap that's out there these days. I kinda like the song about the home pregnancy test, can't recall who does it

What do you think of death metal? I don't

Last BIG band that you saw live? I don't follow a lot of "BIG" bands, so I guess it was Def Leppard in Charleston last year.

Do you listen to music in foreign languages? There's a Frank Zappa song that I like that's partly in German

Worst concert moment? Umphrey's McGee opening for Mule in Columbus last year.

Funny concert moment? Probably on the Ted Nugent, Deep Purple, Lynyrd Skynyrd show when Deep Purple came on after Nugent. They started playing "Woman from Tokyo", Ian Gillain came out with one of the old Arrow through the head gags on.

Sad concert moment? The mandatory drum solo, Peart excluded

Best local act you can think of? I really like SRO, and there's a great bluegrass band from the Ironton area I saw at the Uprising a few years ago (Either Boss Tweed or String Therapy, can't remember for some odd reason *puts halo on*)

Have you ever met any famous musicians? I met Peter Rowan,and also the mandolin player for The Lonesome River Band, at a bluegrass festival in Columbus, a few years ago

I have a cousin who was featured in Guitar for the Practicing Musicians spotlight ages ago, another cousin who is retired from the faculty of Morehead State's jazz ensemble/jazz studies department, and even though Robin Kessinger tortures me with flatpicking tunes I consider him a friend.
