Juror 16 has left the building

Since the case is over, I can now talk about it. No sequestering was needed, I'm home, I will have to go to work tomorrow, but on the upside I sleep in my own bed, drink coffee from my favorite cup, and generally have my life back. I really can't get over how surreal this experience was. Every day the judge told us about not reading the paper or if we hear it on the radio to turn it off. This morning on the way to the radio they cut to the news and the first story was my case, and yes, I did turn it off.
