I went to "Masada Mart" today and they were out of Vlassic Kraut. So this batch of Krautballs will be made using a different brand. Oh the horror! Maybe I'll at least be able to open a jar of this brand without as much cussing/swearing.
And this is actually on the menu for tonight's Beer/Food Match. ) Puerco y papas al guajilo (slow roasted pork with guajillo chiles and potatoes) paired
with Miller High Life. Everyone's hoping it's a joke.
I'm pairing Abita Amber with the Kraut balls in the appetizer divison.
