I slept pretty good with just the exception of having to let Rocky the Wonder Dog out at Midnight

I finished reading "Skinny Dip" yesterday, it's a pretty good book, it held my attention better than Basket Case did.

After carbing out the past couple of weeks, I'm going back to Phase I on the Sumbeech, I mean South Beach Diet. I haven't gained any weight, but I don't want to backslide any.


It's almost time for me to get ready for work so I'll wrap this up and go get in character.
