News Conference announced from HMS about who will be driving the #5 car next season. It's expected to be Mark "The Kid" Martin. It's good to see him sticking around racing after a couple of retirements. I gotta admit I was hoping to see Smoke as the driver.
In the Nationwide series.. The #5 crew chief was penalized for using inappropriate language this weekend Here's the quote..“It doesn’t matter, we’ve got a wrecked racecar and we’re only 40-something laps in the race,” Walter said. “That’s racing. (Expletive) happens.”
Bruton Smith says that the two dates at New Hampshire are safe.
