1972 "A horse with no name" by America I think the horse had a name, it was called Smack
1973 "The night the lights went out in Georgia" by Vicki Lawrence, A tale of murder, betrayal, deciept, and corruption! Two Thumbs up!!
1974 "Hooked on a Feeling" by Blue Suede. Oooga chaka, ooga chaka, ooga chacka.....
1975 "Lovin you" by Minnie Ripperton. I musta missed this one
1976 "Disco Lady" by Johnny Taylor Who?
1977 "Rich Girl" by Hall and Oates. I liked their Big Bam Boom era better (not to be confused with Bing, Bang Bong)
1978 "Night Fever" by the Bee Gees. Disco here! Disco There!
1979 "I will survive" by Gloria Gaynor. Glad the 70s are about over here!!
1980 "Another Brick in the wall" by Pink Floyd Hell Yeah!!
1981 "Rapture" by Blondie Looks like the 80s are off to a good start!
1982 "I love rock and roll" by Joan Jett and the blackhearts. Spoke to soon. Joan Jett on the radio provokes an instant station change.
1983 "Billie Jean" by Michael Jackson. UGH!!!
1984 "Footloose" by Kenny Loggins. Never saw the movie, don't plan on seeing the musical.
1985 "One More Night" by Phil Collins. I got so sick of hearing this song on the radio!!
1986 "Rock Me Amadeus" by Falco. one of the few sparkles of hope in this dismal wasteland.
1987 "Nothin's Gonna Stop us Now" by the Starship. I was hoping something would have stopped them shortly after "We Built this City", but alas nothing did.
1988 "Man in the mirror" by Michael Jackson. MAKE HIM GO AWAY!!!!!!!
1989 "The Look" by Roxette I'm glad that 96.3 Wrov was on the air in the late 80s, it was so much better music than the crap like this
1990 "Love will lead you back"- Taylor Dayne Musta missed this one....
1991 "Coming out of the dark" Gloria Estefan Another one I missed
1992 "Save the best for last" Vanessa Williams Unfortunately I didn't miss this one...

I actually liked this song and the CD for that matter, but after seeing Carlos Santana at Jazzfest I wouldn't walk across the street to see him now. I don't go to see one of the greatest guitar players who ever lived for a bunch of policital crap. Hey Carlos, Frank Zappa said it best "Shut up and play yer guitar!"

2002 "Ain't it funny" by Jennifer Lopez and Ja Rule. No it's not funny!
2003 "In Da Club" by 50 Cent. I might have heard this one, or some similar song about a club there were just so many songs that mentioned clubs ya know
2004 "YEAH" by Usher featuring Lil Jon and Ludacris. Aren't they in a club in this song?
2005 "Candy Shop" by 50 Cent featuring Olivia. I think the candy shop is next to the club
2006 "Bad Day" by Daniel Powter, I might have heard part of this one, I wonder if Daniel Powter is related to Susan Powter of infomercial fame?
2007 "Don't Matter" by Akon. Missed this one too.
