Today It was preventive maintenance day at work. I found some water damaged parts and spent about 2 hours replacing them. Then I had a pretty good run of amps that I could get to easily and a few that I had to take a ladder to. I also had to do some Occupational Yoga (Thanks to
puck_nut for creating that term, and I won't go into details as to what it was today, but I kept my safety belt latched.)
Monday I'm going to go back on Phase 1 of the South Beach Diet. I've really slacked off for the past week or so, and need to get back on track.
