Racing and Hockey
Sep. 10th, 2004 06:39 amI'm just going to pretend that the last 10 races will never happen. The points leader after Saturday Night will be the only Winston Nextell cup champion I will recognize.
The winding down of race season usually means the startup of hockey, but with the Lockout looking more and more likely every day I guess I'll be watching "Slapshot", "The Mighty Ducks","Miracle", and even that Jean Claude Van Damme Movie (where some nee'r do wells were out to sabotage a Penguins game,no not the owners, and Jean Claude saves the day) to get a hockey fix. If things get real bad, I can always break out my Michael Lange talking bobblehead.
Since I've already left those of you working plenty of reading material, I'm going to get ready for a fun and exciting day of work.
