another weekend came to a grinding halt and now it's back to the grind. Pretty good weekend overall, I found two geocaches, including one that eluded me before. I also brewed a dry stout, and went to The End Zone in Ironton with a group of friends to watch the Saints whomp up on the Cardinals and have a few beers and some great food. The End Zone gets two thumbs up!
I'm still surviving giving up fast food, I've lost maybe 10 to 12 pounds in two weeks, not too bad.
I'm on call this week, regardless of what schedule is being used, I think there have been 2 revisions this year, one of the guys went back to Hamlin due to expansions so I'm pretty much the only system tech working out in the field. So you can imagine how my days are going. We have training tomorrow on Fiber to the Homes, and I have to squeeze in some fasting blood work, a call to the insurance agent, and mailing some stuff out.
Still no word on the guitars other than the perps have been caught, and they were caught in the act. I've been looking for something to get because I've got the fever again. I really want to learn "Fearless" by Pink Floyd on 12 string.
Time to start getting ready for a day of fun and adventure
