captain_philThe Big Green Egg is the bomb! I cooked a steak last night, even though it was a bit more done than I like it was still VERY tender. Today I cooked a Pork Butt for about 8 hours at about 275 and it's just awesome.. It doesn't really need any sauce, but I used a dab of Honey Chipolte sauce on it along with some slaw. All I need is an RC and a Moon Pie to go with it.
