So I get up this morning and fire up the coffeemaker and start taking the vast array of pills and supplements I take daily when I hear a noise. I check it out and it's the heater. I didn't think it was that cold this morning. I guess it is that time of year again.

Other than work it's been pretty quiet around here lately.
