Jan. 31st, 2004 06:47 pmNothing much to comment on today, Just finished up 10 hours OT and am debating on what to have for dinner. I opted for some homeade chili (Buffalo and Laura's Lean Beef). I just got in the door from 10 hours OT, covered by the good folks at Motorola. I guess I should explain
In the off chance that someone who doesn't know me is reading this, I work for a cable company. My title is service technician, but I do a little bit of everything from construction to system maintenance. Sometime last week somebody at Motorola sent the wrong codes a bunch of digital boxes, rendering them useless. So we have had to of gone to the customers homes, reset the boxes and have them reauthorized. Motorola is paying for this, including lunch/dinner and OT.
I'm back, I wandered off briefly to check on dinner, and play airguitar to "Down on the Farm" by Little Feat.
I think dinners' about done, so expect another thrilling post after dinner.
