Jury Duty 2016
Aug. 3rd, 2016 06:50 amgot called in for the third time yesterday, didn't have to serve as a juror though. I think it ended up being a 14 hour day, following a 10 hour day Monday.
Work has been hectic lately. The heat is causing havoc with the amplifiers and causing random service calls. If the "Premise Techs" see anything on the meter they put in a system problem report. Some of them have been problems that when I was in that position I could fix, but that was before the accountants decided to monitor their every move, and base things on some incomprehensible efficiency rating. The million dollar software they use for routing their calls also doesn't consider the fact that there are rivers here and uses the direct milage. Corporate knows about it but they can't find a way to adjust it.
That's all I have time for today. time to go see what all fun and adventure I can get into today
