Another week of oncallapalooza is on. First few days were fairly quiet, Sunday was a 16 hour day due to fiber optic cable damage in a rural area. Three day weekend coming up, along with Old Crow Medicine Show at The Paramount later in the week, and the KY BBQ festival next weekend.
After hitting 1000 caches, I'm now working on various challenge caches, I've found one I'm already qualified to log since I've gotten finds more than 500 miles apart. I'm also working on one that has been on my list for some time now called "Inception". It involved watching the movie, answering questions, decoding the answers which was an email address. There was a link to a video in the email address which had a video to watch for additional clues. I'm pretty sure I've figured it out, I just have to go find it. The cache was hidden back a few years ago when the caching community was more active around here. New hides posted almost daily, coordinates were a lot closer, and there was room in caches for swag. Now the only ones that get any kind of finds are my easier guardrail hides. The only reason I haven't archived all of mine is that I don't want a "power trail" on the industrial parkway. I think I'll go ahead and archive them and bring back the classic rock series. Maybe Steely Dan will be a good start
