questionoftheday asks: What are you the most nostalgic for?

My answer:

I guess I'm nostalgic for the days when there wasn't as much fear in the world. There were more activities around here. Day trips to places a few hours away just to check out an interesting sounding business I heard advertised on the radio.

Livejournal was really happening, with lots of posts from a vast assortment of people covering every topic under the sun.

I could pull into a vacant lot for lunch and the worst scenario would be a couple of cars parked out of the way with a couple having an afternoon rendezvous, I always left or parked a good distance away out of courtesy(btdt). Now it's more likely someone shooting up.
