Captain Phil gets The Bird?!

I'm thinking about taking in a stray Sulfur Crested Cockatiel, that Mom ended up with, I'll see this weekend.  If it bites or attacks me then I'll just say no.  At least with a Cockatiel if it gets out of line I can set the birdcage next to the sliding door when the hawks are out.  That out to keep it in line.

I've been thinking of things I can do to offer assistance to the people of the Gulf Coast, a local radio station is collecting cleaning supplies and bottled water.  I'm trying to find if they have a fairly close drop off point, otherwise I might load up the blazer and make a Galipolis Run.  I've driven up there for a lot less of a reason, actually I've driven up there for not really any reason before, and for the first time in my life, I'm going to donate blood.  I'll probably pass out, but if so, then so be it.  Won't be the first time I've passed out.

On the work front, it's official, it's a hydraulic hose that's busted.  So I guess I'll be back in the spare truck tomorrow for a while.  Again....

Three Days on the South Beach Diet without murdering anyone or any odd dreams about Reese Cups again.  It should be all downhill from here!
