I shall Return )

today's horriblescope )

My back is feeling a bit better this morning, thanks to taking Motrin all day yesterday and having a couple of Bluegrass Brewing Company "Dark Star Porters" before bed last night. The accountants are coming down this morning for inventory, wish me luck with that. There's still a lot of crap that we are required to carry that I've never used, and most likely never will use, but oh well. I hope they leave me alone!

</td><td valign="top">You are a geek liaison, which means you go both ways. You can hang out with normal people or you can hang out with geeks which means you often have geeks as friends and/or have a job where you have to mediate between geeks and normal people. This is an important role and one of which you should be proud. In fact, you can make a good deal of money as a translator.
Normal: Tell our geek we need him to work this weekend.

You [to Geek]: We need more than that, Scotty. You'll have to stay until you can squeeze more outta them engines!

Geek [to You]: I'm givin' her all she's got, Captain, but we need more dilithium crystals!

You [to Normal]: He wants to know if he gets overtime.

You are 30% geek

The accountants didn't pick my truck to inventory, They were very attractive accountants, but I still didn't want to be hassled with them asking how many #4 grounding lugs I had on my truck, It coulda been Sandra Bullock and I still wouldn't have wanted to of been hassled. After fleeing the office hassle free, I went to Boyd County to replace an amplifier housing, I had it put together and replaced in about an hour(take that Charter) off of a ladder even, then it was lunch at Taco Hell, and off to Greenup, where I stopped off at a convenience store and overheard one of the cashiers telling the other that I have the "sexiest eyes she's ever seen". I found that amusing for some reason.

I reset the levels and straightened up the hubsite in Greenup since some corporate brass is coming down tomorrow. Late in the afternoon I got called up to Boyd County where they were getting some errors and speed problems with modems, It turned out that there's interference and "garbage" in the reverse which answers the question of "What will I be doing tomorrow?"

I came home and swiped this )
from [livejournal.com profile] sharkbait, who I also have to give much props to for intoducing me to Land O' Lakes Chiplote Cheese, I owe ya big time for that.

I took a sample of my abita amber clone, it needs a few more days, but it tastes good.

as of sometime between 5 and 8 PM, my truck is unofficially retired, sometime this evening it was hit by an unknown driver. All the paperwork etc has been done, I went out and got some of the debris from around it and out of the road.

the passenger's side front wheel is at about a 115 degree angle to the rest of the truck.
