Yep folks I'm still alive! Just got back from Bob Evans where I had Rasberry Stuffed French Toast, plenty of coffee, and bs'd with the waitstaff. I've got laundry in the works and a cup of coffee, all I need for now.

Pool closing is this week, I'm going to try to get it shut down before the leaves start falling this year. For some reason every year when I close the pool I keep thinking of the song by Semisonic "Closing Time", with the one line "Every new beginning comes from some other beginnings end". Very profound, but not many people know (or probably care), that it was from an old episode of Kung Fu, when Cain said it to someone. Normally I wouldn't have noticed, but it was from the first season when Carradine didn't even know martial arts. The fight scenes weren't great, so I might as well gain some nuggets of wisdom from the show! (at least the fight scenes didnt' have all that matrix crap in them gah! it's why I hate most Jet Li movies!)



That's about all for now, time to finish laundry get a truck squared away, watch a race and then.. who knows?
