Sometime in the late 80s, I stumbled onto a radio station out of lord knows where in Virginia. This was way before syndicated radio ruined what is now referred to as terrestrial radio. When I was able to tune in this station I was exposed to many artists who became the soundtrack to my misspent youth.

Early one morning I heard a song called "Livingston Saturday Night", and was drawn in. Luckily the Dj said who the artist was. Jimmy Buffett. Mom got me a copy of "You had to be there" for Christmas that year and it was all downhill.
Over the decades that followed I saw him in concert 27 times (rough estimate),made many friends through his music, and had many good times.
