The kitchen counter looks like a pack of dingos have finished a kill, and washed it down with some beer and diet coke, so Thanksgiving is coming to a close.

I watched Smokey and the Bandit parts 1 and 2 and couldn't help but think, "Damn, they don't make movies like this anymore", mindless entertainment, but entertainment nonetheless.   I don't really think in the current cultural climate they could make a movie like that.  People smoking, drinking, and driving gas guzzling vehicles like maniacs.  Oh the horror!  

Since most people will be shopping tomorrow at the asscrack of dawn, I'm posting the Warren Zevon Lyrics early.
