When we last left our hero..

captain_philFriday at work was Maintenance, with only one injury. I was trying to take the traffic cones off of my truck when I whacked the crap out of my finger on the ladder. I would have cussed, but it just hurt so bad. I helped a guy with a modem problem and then it was time to go home.

sharkbait, she picked up a tin of the Cafe Du Monde coffee, and saw Rodan and Rodena. (The pair of Red Shouldered Hawks that live in the woods). Then I was off to the Chemical valley for a Tastefully Simple Party at puck_nut's followed by Allison Krauss and Union Station at the Munincipal Auditorium. It was a great show. Who knew that Allison was such a space cadet? Jerry Douglas's Solo and the encore were worth the price of admission alone.
Today was just routine errands,and watching some football.
