captain_philWork has been hectic lately, we're slated to launch VoIP sometime in March or April, so we've been really hitting the reverse paths hard and heavy. It takes longer to chase down the problem than it does to fix. That's why I get paid the big bucks, or something like that.
In other news...
Tickets for the Feb 20th taping of Mountain Stage will arrive today. This is going to be a killer show! Madeline Peyroux, Old School Freight Train, Mountain Heart, Robert Earl Keen, and Del McCoury! Whooooo

So far nothing much materialising on the summer concert front. I'm hoping the Allmans will play closeby this summer. It figures I get an extra 5 days of vacation, and there's not much going on. I'm really considering taking a Friday off in March to do a few odds and ends around the house (translation: Sit around till noon drinking coffee, emailing people who have to work, going out in the garage, throwing away a few things, taking a break to shoot some pool......). I haven't decided what Friday to take though.... any suggestions?
I know a lot of you are wondering how Rocky is doing lately. He's back to as normal as a JRT can get.
I've been kinda slacking in my regular features, so look for a return of "WTF is he listening to this time", and "Weekly World News Headlines" in the next week or so.
That's pretty much it for the day, time to head to the salt mines.
