Work wasn't too bad yesterday starting out, just a routine splicing job up in Proctorville, plus a couple of modem calls in south point.  then it was a few service calls.  Our dispatcher is on vacation this week and as usual chaos ensued.  I was in Proctorville for a call, I finished it up and call in, he sends me on a reconnect in South Point, in the meantime, the other tech is in South Point and he gets sent to a call up in Proctorville.  I met him about halfway and we both did kind of a shrug in passing.   I keep threatening to start scheduling my vacations when the dispatcher takes his.

In other work related wackiness, our marketing coordinator has started riding with field employees.  Why?  who knows.  I just hope she doesn't go with me. 

According to the good folks at the weather channel the high will be 95 today, and very humid!  I'm out of clean t-shirts, so I'll be wearing one of the official issued shirts.  I'd better get used to it since the PTB high up in the ivory tower have decided to phase out the T shirts and issue us one t shirt.
