Ok, now on WOWK TV they have a "report severe weather" feature on the website.  So their 4 doppler radar that their Chief Meterologist was getting a little too happy about isn't good enough?  They need people to report severe weather now? 

That's enough ranting for now,  I'm a little aggravated, I was having some good dreams when the alarm went off.  The story of my life.....
