captain_philI managed to shake the crud I'm infested with long enough to venture out and do some last minute shopping this morning. I'll post a pic of Rocky and his new toy later on.
I got called out around 1:30 or so for a pretty good sized outage, that ended up being damaged fiber optic cable. I got back in around 6:30, but my supervisor told all of us who came out to put down 8 hours. Works for me! We did get lucky on this one, only 4 fibers needed spliced, it was alongside a road, and very easy to find!
Now I'm back home scrounging up something to eat and engaging in the very bizarre holiday tradition of watching "Strange Brew". Don't ask.. eh?
