2. a. There is enough space between my big toe and the next one for another toe
b. when I drink out of a can I tap the top of it.
c. I automatically look under the lid of a bottle when I open it (all those contests!)
d. Two of the seven airports I have flown out of have been in James Bond Movies, Bluegrass Field was in "Goldfinger", and "New Orleans International" was in "Live and Let Die" and no I didn't see Oddjob, Dr. No, or even ,ahem, Pussy Galore while there.
e. The first cigar I smoked was a .89 cent one purchased at Pay Less in Montgomery WV. It was smoked on the roof of the now demolished "nate house" to celebrate the end of my sentence at WVIT. Three or four years later I went to Churchill Cigars in Ashland (sadly, now out of business), and picked up a brand called Villar Y Villar. I still keep them on hand, because they are decent cigars, and also out of a sense of nostalgia.
