Another Saturday Night....

I got the speaker wire run, some shopping done, houseplants repotted, and ran on a call for work.

 

Oh yeah, I smoked a beer butt chicken too.   I used Red Dog beer in the drip pan, and an MGD (thankssharkbait !!)  for the bird itself.

 

It was a most excellent bird, I thought I was going to have to call Hank Hill for a propane emergency, but the chicken was done at about the time the propane ran out.
