captain_philOverall not too bad of a day at work today, I started out in the Proctorville area, which gave me a feeling of impending doom, but after a couple of calls there, and some BSin with the customers It was off to Summit for a recurring internet problem. I found the splitter in the attic was losing about 6dB too much signal, changed it out and went on my merry way. I had lunch at Crisp's, then another call in the area, followed by a couple of disconnects. I got home at around 5 again, so I took a nap, had some dreams about working on generators, I have no idea where the hell that came from. I headed out to the Flyin J for dinner, and since The Classic Rock Station was playing a lot of good tunes, I took the scenic route back to the house. Now I'm relaxing with an Arcadia IPA and working on my agenda for the weekend. The main thing is getting a new pair of work boots. The steel Arch came out of mine today right before I had to go up a ladder for a fair amount of time. Not to mention the gaping hole in the side of them. If ya want I can post pics of the old ones and the new ones, In fact, I haven't done a totally stupid and useless poll before, soooo here goes

Also on the agenda for the weekend sometime is to clean up the truck a bit, since the GM is going to be back from his vacation on Monday, and I'm sure he'll be all rarin to go, and since I fall under his "organizationally challanged" category, I'm under close scrutiny.
But for now, it's time for another beer and some ICQ..
