nsingman, in response to your answer to my poll...I'm VERY careful talking around customers. One time I had a dead battery at a customers house, she works for the phone company so I didn't think anything of it when I knocked on her door and asked something along the line of "can you give me a jump?" She got this sudden look of puzzlement and confusion until I said my battery is dead. That could have gone very badly!
There's no way I'm going to be in a customers house and say "I gotta go out and get my butt set"
