captain_philnope it's not a setup to one of my infamous bad jokes, but yesterday It actually happened. There's a Russian Orthodox Monastary nearby and from time to time the monks go to the mall to pick up supplies. They must have needed some computer equiptment, because the monk picked up some UPSs and headed out the door.
I was doing some shopping for both Mother's Day and my brother's B-day. I found a DVD gift pack of Pink Panther movies for Mom, and the Blue Collar Comedy show for my brother (and a two pack of Gordon Liu Kung Fu movies for myself). Then I headed to Lewisburg. It was a nice day so I took Rt 60 across the state, and stopped off at Oak Hill, WV to see if I could chase down any friends, unfortunately none were locateable, so I headed on to Starbucks and then to Lewisburg. I watched some of the Eastern Conference Playoff game while dozing off on the couch before Mom came in from work. sharkbait called, so I returned the call to let her know how exciting Lewisburg really is.
This morning I went to my Grandmothers and got loaded down with spearmint plants (Mojitos anyone?), and a Grapevine that she'd been trying to get rid of for some time.
I came home to find the 5-1-04 Mule show had finished downloading, and now I'm giving it a test listen before I pass it on.
So far so good :)
